Liupanshui Normal University is a provincial public full-time undergraduate institution located in Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, known as the Cool Capital of China. Liupanshui City is located in the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guangxi. It is known as the Four Provinces Interchange with an average annual temperature of 15 ℃ and a comfortable climate. It has been awarded the title of China's Cool Capital by the Chinese Meteorological Society and is the only city in China named after its climate characteristics. Yuezhao Airport has opened direct flights from Liupanshui to more than ten cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. In 2009, the school was upgraded from Liupanshui Normal College to Liupanshui Normal College. In 2013, it obtained the qualification of a bachelor's degree granting unit. In 2015, it was listed as a pilot university for the transformation and development of Guizhou Province towards an applied type. Since the upgrade, we have undertaken more than 2400 scientific research projects at all levels and types, including 25 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, 10 projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation, and 274 provincial and ministerial level projects. We have received 33 provincial and ministerial level scientific research achievement awards. 1. 原則須滿18周歲（未滿18歲的學(xué)生須提供父母的委托書，并為其指定在華擔(dān)保人，提供擔(dān)保書），語言生原則上不超過30歲，學(xué)歷生原則上不超過25歲。

2. 如何支付學(xué)費(fèi)（Payment）？

一旦申請(qǐng)被受理，申請(qǐng)人將會(huì)收到六盤水師范學(xué)院錄取通知書和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請(qǐng)表》。申請(qǐng)人可向其所在國(guó)的中國(guó)大使館或總領(lǐng)事館提出簽證申請(qǐng)。

Students who are enrolled by the school can apply for visa in Chinese embassy or consulate with Admission Letter and JW202.

3．在申請(qǐng)人所在國(guó)申請(qǐng)簽證需要哪些文件（Materials in applying for Visa）？

（1）本人有效護(hù)照（Valid Passport）；

（2）大學(xué)錄取通知書原件（Original Copy of Admission Letter of Liupanshui Normal University）；

（3）《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202)）；

（4）必要時(shí)，需向申請(qǐng)人所在國(guó)的中國(guó)大使館或總領(lǐng)事館提交所需的特殊材料（Other materials that are required by the Chinese embassy or consulate）。

注：簽證成功后，請(qǐng)確保護(hù)照、錄取通知書和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來華簽證申請(qǐng)表》都交回本人手上。

Tips: After applying the visa successfully, please make sure your passport and JW 202 are returned to you.

4．簽證申請(qǐng)價(jià)格（Charge for Visa）？

簽證申請(qǐng)的價(jià)格可向中國(guó)大使館詢問。

5．申請(qǐng)人能為其父母申請(qǐng)陪同簽證嗎？

Is it allowed for parents apply for accompanying visa？

不能。國(guó)際學(xué)生的陪同簽證對(duì)象僅限于配偶。

No. Only Spouses are qualified to apply for accompanying visa.

6．需要在申請(qǐng)人國(guó)家進(jìn)行體檢嗎？

Is medical examination required before studying in China？

除了學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間少于6個(gè)月（一學(xué)期）的留學(xué)生和當(dāng)?shù)刂袊?guó)大使館特許留學(xué)生之外，其余留學(xué)生都必須在來中國(guó)之前進(jìn)行體檢。

Yes. All students are required to receive a medical examination by hospital except from students who study for less than 6 months and students with special permission by local Chinese embassy.

l About scholarship

申請(qǐng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金時(shí)間：申請(qǐng)人（學(xué)歷生）可以在入學(xué)后的次年3月到5月提交申請(qǐng)，詳情請(qǐng)直接與學(xué)校國(guó)際教育學(xué)院咨詢。

Students who study in Liupanshui Normal University are available to apply for scholarship in the next year during March to May. For further information, please contact the School of International Education.

1．關(guān)于接機(jī)（接站）服務(wù)（Pick-up service ）

學(xué)校在上班時(shí)間提供接機(jī)（接站）服務(wù)，非上班時(shí)間請(qǐng)自行來校。

Pick-up service are provided during the enrollment time; For non-enroll time, students can only come to school by self.

2．關(guān)于餐飲服務(wù)（Dining）

六盤水師范學(xué)院食堂：中心食堂（朝陽校區(qū)）；龍山食堂（龍山校區(qū)）。

Two Dining Halls: Central Canteen (Chaoyang Campus), Longshan Canteen (Longshan Campus).

3．關(guān)于校園卡服務(wù)（School Card）

校園卡相當(dāng)于學(xué)生證，可用于學(xué)校內(nèi)的餐飲，圖書借閱，購(gòu)買熱水，辦理上網(wǎng)等。

The School card can be used as a student ID card, which can be used for dining, library, Internet access, etc.

4．關(guān)于銀行服務(wù)（Bank）

學(xué)校設(shè)有中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行、中國(guó)銀行取款機(jī)（CCB, ABC, BOC on campus）。

5. 關(guān)于交通站點(diǎn)（Traffic）
