On October 13, 12 international students from Russia, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Turkey, Ghana, Chad were invited to Liupanshui Vocational and Technical College to participate in the Experience of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Exchange Activity-Black Pottery Craft Production.
Wang Taiming, vice president of Liupanshui Vocational and Technical College, met international students who participated in the event.He said that the event allowed international youth to experience the unique national culture of Liupanshui, Guizhou, the production of black pottery craft, aiming at promoting exchanges between teachers and students of Liupanshui Vocational and Technical College and international youth, and promoting the integration and development of universities in Liupanshui City.
Professor Wu Delu, Vice Dean of International Education School of Liupanshui Normal University, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Liupanshui Vocational and Technical College and Taoyun Liangdu Craftsman Yard! He said that this international students’ cultural experience and exchange activity will help to enhance international students' understanding of Chinese national culture. It will play a positive role in promoting international students to study Chinese excellent traditional culture conscientiously and spread Chinese culture to the world.

In the cultural experience link, under the guidance of Hou Shuo, the non-hereditary inheritor of black pottery in Liupanshui City, as well as the students of the Ceramic Art Society, the international students earnestly studied the Chinese ceramic production techniques and practiced them to produce vivid and lovely tile cats.
